Today rings in our 15th week and Sprout is approximately the size of an apple (4 inches, 2.5 ounces). I am hoping Sprout is more like a Granny Smith apple because they have always been my favorite, but McIntosh or Gala would be fine too. As long as Sprout isn’t of the Crab, Nonesuch, or Doctor Hogg varieties – I never knew so many varieties of apples existed and with some odd names. I think this is where celebrities have been getting their baby names. They’ve given up traditional baby name books for apple varieties.
I really like the Fuji apples, and I think that could be a wonderful name for your wee baby.
